Joy of Sharing runs three kinds of programs: motivation sessions for the public, Happiness@Work workshops for organisations, and educational programs for children and young people.
All proceeds from these workshops go towards the medical and educational needs of deprived and destitute members of our community.
Motivation sessions
Ramanujam MK gave up a career as a General Manager at Ford Motor Co. (Visteon India) to work on the quality of inner life, under the guidance of his Master, His Holiness Sri Sri Muralidhara Swamiji. His talks bring what he has learnt to everyday life: how to handle stress, understand anger, communicate with care, and find a happiness that lasts.
He speaks at community centres, temples, universities and cultural associations, in remote villages and towns across India and in cities in North America, Europe, Africa, the Gulf, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Recent topics include:
- Stress and time management
- The Path of Love
- Empathy and the purpose of anger
- Compassionate communication
- Mindfulness

Happiness@Work for organisations
Happiness@Work is our signature workshop for teams. It helps people take charge of their own well-being and work-life balance, communicate without friction, and stay steady under pressure. Each session is tailored to the group and mixes short talks with practical exercises, from a lunchtime talk to a half-day or full-day workshop.
Ramanujam brings 14 years of industry experience to these sessions. He worked in quality leadership at Whirlpool India, Lucas TVS and Ford Motor Co. Visteon, where he was a Six Sigma Black Belt and a lead assessor for TS16949 and ISO 9000 quality systems.
