“Work to Become, Not just Acquire”
‘Udyog’, meaning effort in the right direction, is aimed at enabling youth to open their minds to newer perspectives and possibilities in terms of their career and profession. It also helps students identify areas where their skills lie, and pursue a career that would help them perform to their best levels of efficacy. Udyog tries to guide students towards ‘working to become, and not just to acquire’.
The speakers at the event generally comprise of executives, entrepreneurs, artistes from various fields and professions. Each speaker shares their stories, struggles and successes, how they chose their respective careers, and how students can pursue opportunities within that space.
